Should I stay or should I go

Indecision may or may not be my problem.

It’s time to make the call and … we … are … GOING!

Tomorrow (Monday, 12/28), we’ll fly from Savannah to Atlanta to Minneapolis. Monday looks to be shaping up to be a relatively decent travel day. It’ll be cold, but it doesn’t look like it’ll be snowing.

Tuesday is our day at the dealer (Lichstinn RV), where we have an 8:00 AM appointment for a detailed walkthrough of the coach, which should take a couple of hours. We’ll then go through the closing and by noon it should be ours. We were hoping to spend the afternoon exploring the features and some local test drives, so that might be put on hold. I expect we’ll be exploring in the safe confines of a service bay.

With the storm expected to come through in the afternoon and evening, we’ll likely retire to our lodging at the Cobblestone Inn. Dining should be an experience. Hoping that the vending machines aren’t frozen.

Wednesday, the weather seems to be improving (with only a light snow forecast), so we’re hoping that we can get the rig out on the road locally and do some test driving. We’ll then have it back to the dealer for winterizing and any necessary adjustments.

On Thursday, New Years Eve, we plan on starting our drive back to South Carolina. Our first stop will be in Kansas City, MO and the weather is currently looking fairly decent for that day.
